About The Position

As a Senior Associate, FP&A, you will be a cornerstone of our Global FP&A organization, specifically within the Korea–North America team. You will collaborate daily with our North America FP&A leadership to drive financial clarity and strategic growth. Your primary focus will be the end-to-end management of the North America entity’s P&L, transforming complex data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in business management, corporate planning, or a related financial role.
• Financial Mastery: A solid understanding of P&L structures and a strong capability to interpret data flows and numerical trends.
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Excel and experience with mobile service data analysis methodologies.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Language: Fluency in Korean is preferred to facilitate global collaboration.
• Soft Skills: A positive mindset, high attention to detail, and the perseverance to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• P&L & Performance Management: Own the calculation, analysis, and reporting of corporate and business unit performance using management accounting principles.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct deep-dive revenue and cost analysis for the North America entity to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Planning & Forecasting: Lead the monthly and quarterly forecasting of corporate expenses and the establishment of annual business plans in alignment with global guidelines.
• KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key global business KPIs and mobile service data (marketing and customer behavior) to support executive decision-making.
• Budget Oversight: Oversee budget planning and execution for the North America entity, ensuring all financial activities meet organizational standards.
