Role Overview: The Senior Associate is a hands-on technical role designed for a professional who thrives in an agile, expert-led environment. You will be responsible for unearthing insights from massive, diverse datasets that exceed standard Excel capabilities. I deally this role will be hybrid based out of one of our locations; however, remote locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a major consulting firm or specialized advisory environment.
• 2-3 + years of experience using SQL and Python, preferably with additional experience in Tableau, Power BI, R, and / or cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g. Databricks, BigQuery , etc.) Deep technical proficiency in SQL and Python is .
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related technical field.
• A proactive mentality with the ability to handle ambiguity and high-stakes , and time -sensitive situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on data profiling, establish data flows, and identify patterns or anomalies within general ledgers and financial systems.
• Use analytic s tools and plat forms (e.g., SQL , Python , Dat a bricks, and othe rs) to handle complex datasets and develop quantifiable findings for investigations and regulatory matters.
• Support forensic accounting teams and outsid e counsel by preparing work product and technical findings.
• Articulate technical findings clearly for both technical peers and non-technical client audiences.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help develop new capabilities and support group growth.
