About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Financial Reporting team. This role will focus on supporting the ongoing compliance with IFRS and US statutory reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and growth in the insurance industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience in financial analysis, data analytics, and process automation.
Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Power Query, or similar.
In-depth familiarity with technology tools for automation (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with business segments and other finance departments.
Demonstrates accountability by following through on commitments and effectively managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Additional hours may be necessary during peak periods to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Valid authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
