About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Associate of Enterprise Accounts to join our on Carrier Team at EverQuote. As a Senior Associate, you will join a high-performing, data-driven group of Account Managers that are focused on building deep, strategic relationships with our insurance carrier partners. Our goal is to elevate EverQuote’s role from a marketing company to a trusted strategic growth partner. We are not only relationship builders, but strategic advisors, data analysts, and campaign managers, ensuring we help our carrier partners exceed their growth goals in a profitable manner. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of existing accounts to build trust and forge deep relationships with an already established book of business while supporting larger and high-impactful partnerships. You will act as the voice of the customer within EverQuote, ensuring alignment between client needs and business objectives. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and full ownership of account strategy, with a focus on driving meaningful revenue growth and advancing company-wide initiatives. This is a hybrid role that requires being in the office several days a week. The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $106,000. Employees, depending on their specific role, level and responsibilities, may be eligible to participate in company equity programs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management or business development.
  • Client Management: Significant experience directly managing and growing client relationships and an enterprise book of business.
  • Data Fluency: Proven experience analyzing commercial performance metrics and summarizing insights to drive organizational change.
  • Technical Comfort: Deep comfort and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • Personal Traits: Strong track record of decisiveness, accountability, and exceptional credibility with previous team members and organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • P&C Insurance: Experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed all growth targets and performance metrics by driving revenue through key account expansion.
  • Develop and execute the comprehensive strategy for accelerating growth across your assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key business leaders within our partner organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Analytics, and other internal departments to communicate the needs of EverQuote’s largest customers, uncover their pain points, and prioritize functionality that drives account growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform, and the competitive landscape to better position EverQuote as a strategic partner.
  • Contribute to a team culture defined by accountability, transparency, trust, integrity, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively, both formally and informally, up and down the organization to move complex deals to close.
  • Support Senior BD team in key account planning.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform and competitive landscape.
  • Build excellent working relationships with key business leaders, colleagues, and broader team.
