About The Position

The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. Our Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, cost & quality, Dasher pay, Dasher retention, order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, dasher compensation, cancellations, missing items and many more! The Senior Associate, Dasher & Logistics Delivery Excellence Strategy & Operations role is for individuals with an ownership mentality who enjoy tackling complex problems, developing innovative solutions, collaborating across teams, and executing to bring strategies to life. In this role, you will analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with cross-functional partners (Internally & Externally) to enhance our operations. You will help ensure we deliver a high-quality experience to all sides of our marketplace, balancing efficiency, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction. Requirements

  • You have 3-4 years of work experience in banking, consulting, business operations, strategy, operations, technology, startups, STEM fields, or related areas.
  • You’re analytical – able to structure and execute analysis, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, have advanced SQL skills, and can manage complex datasets.
  • You’re a problem solver – able to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • You’re comfortable communicating with stakeholders internally and externally to drive projects forward.
  • You’re a self-starter – able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
