This position is primarily responsible for supporting the completion of annual and ad hoc customer compliance questionnaires and related documentation. This role will work closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), specifically US EHS, Service and HR leadership, to gather accurate information, compile responses, and ensure timely submission of compliance materials to customers. Estimated Time Requirement: 35%-50% time allocation January – April, 10% rest of year This position will also be responsible for coordinating with customers and third-party service partners to provide required information, such as invoices, work order updates, etc. through their portals and Nilfisk’s dealer community portal. Other service ops duties will be assigned to this individual by the Service Operations Supervisor, based on department and customer needs.
