This position also provides training and operational support to leadership while maintaining professional communication with attorneys, court staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the supervisor in managing daily operational workflows, maintaining procedures, and assisting with day-to-day departmental functions.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to staff as appropriate.
  • Manage cases from creation through recovery, maintaining accurate notes and ensuring timely progression through the case management workflow.
  • Research and validate third-party liability, probate, and beneficiary asset information through document review and legal research.
  • Prepare correspondence, liens, claims, and related documentation to advance cases toward recovery.
  • Negotiate and resolve claim/lien settlements per contract guidelines, process disputes, and collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional communication with attorneys, court staff, healthcare providers, clients, and other counterparties, while prioritizing critical deadlines and analyzing case information from multiple sources to support revenue recovery.
