The Senior Associate will work on a cross-functional program team supporting the Operations Management functions within the Capital Resilience Analytics (CRA) team. The Senior Associate will support a variety of functions related to our capital adequacy processes, including federal stress testing. The scope will primarily include project management, documentation development, and systems and data management. In addition, the Senior Associate will support developing new project plans to support other team enhancements or remediation efforts. The role will require strong communication and leadership abilities to work with other financial analysts and project managers with a wide variety of backgrounds, skill sets, and project goals. The Senior Associate should demonstrate innovation, conceptual thinking, and management abilities as they support broader capital planning efforts and interact with Audit, our lines of defense, Finance, forecasting teams, and technology counterparts. Within the role, the Senior Associate will have the opportunity to broaden their understanding of high level capital planning processes for the company and assist with critical reporting functions.
