How You Will Make An Impact The Senior Associate Brand Manager of Marketing will: Own end-to-end marketing analytics and reporting across channels, partnering cross-functionally to integrate internal goals with external category and competitive trends, and translating data into insights and recommendations that drive short- and long-term business performance and new growth opportunities. Become an integral part of our Marketing Team while developing comprehensive short and long-term marketing and financial strategies across our brand portfolio, focusing on volume growth, profit enhancement, and sustainable growth objectives. Partner with brand managers to lead strategic initiatives to expand Freshpet's reach into new consumer segments while deepening engagement with our most valuable customers and building lasting brand loyalty. Champion innovative growth opportunities by identifying solutions that deliver exceptional value to both existing and prospective consumers, working alongside our Innovation team to launch products that address evolving consumer needs. Partner with cross functional teams, including R&D (Research & Development), Operations, Packaging, Market Research, and Sales to execute brand initiatives and implement plans. Ensure the brand strategy is communicated, understood and implemented by all cross functional groups.

Requirements

  • MBA with 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related role preferred, ideally experience working in CPG Food or Pet Brand Marketing.
  • BS/BA with 3 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Passion for pets and belief they deserve the best food on the planet.
  • Must be able to commute to Bedminster, NJ, with the ability to work in-office three days a week.
  • Ability to travel 10%, if needed.
  • Critical, creative and strategic thinker with a strong consumer-first orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter and action-oriented mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience with business forecasting and developing a business case, strong analytical ability and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to assess and react to complex data points, distilling information down to actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required and ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including identifying key milestones and delivering against deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Nielsen or IRI preferred.
