About The Position

As an Associate Brand & Product Marketing Manager, Mobile Games for WB Games, you will contribute to the Product Marketing and Marketing Strategy efforts for one of WBD's key games or franchises. You will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners to support business objectives. Working closely with game studios and Growth leaders in areas like User Acquisition, Marketing Creative, Market Research, Data Science, Communications, and Platform Marketing, your campaigns will focus on boosting player acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in or passion for mobile gaming.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Capable of gathering and analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for gaming and knowledge of current industry trends
  • Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned titles or franchises, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help align marketing plans with business goals, product timelines, and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with the WB Games publishing team to support marketing initiatives and represent the voice of the game.
  • Build working relationships with teams across User Acquisition, Creative, Data Science, Franchise, Communications, Community/Social, and Platform Marketing.
  • Contribute to data-informed marketing efforts aimed at engaging target audiences and growing brand awareness.
  • Participate in campaign planning that includes testing, measuring, and learning to improve performance over time.
  • Support the execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Conduct basic market research and assist in applying insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with studio teams to help align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and player engagement goals.
  • Work closely with Studio and Creative teams to support the development of marketing assets and creative content.
