About The Position

Senior Associate Attorney- Full-Time Location: New York, NY, 10006 Experience you will need: Must be admitted to practice in New York & New Jersey. 4-7 years of experience in litigation. JD from an accredited law school. Depositions and court appearances experience is required. Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions. Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and good judgment. Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. What you will be doing: Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions. Assisting with discovery, including drafting demands, analyzing responses, and reviewing/digesting document productions. Conducting legal research. Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects and assignments. Regularly handling court appearances and depositions. Requirements
