Requirements
- At least 8 years experience in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation.
- Experience in the litigation of Labor Law (Construction injury) cases is definite.
- Must have proven experience in New York construction law accident cases as well as premises cases.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
