About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy & Operations to drive growth within the Advertising business within our International segments. This person will work directly with sales leaders to drive sales productivity and revenue growth across Doordash suite of marketing products. An ideal candidate should have experience in launching new processes, demonstrate a track record of strong operational success, and be able to execute at the lowest level of detail. You will work cross-functionally between our sales, marketing, operations, product, and analytics team to strengthen the partnership between DoorDash and our SMB partners.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of work experience in business operations, management consulting, or sales/biz strategy; high-growth or early-stage startup experience a plus
  • You are data-driven, able to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and passionate about telling the story behind the numbers
  • You are a strong business thinker, able to use 'first principles' to solve challenging business problems at their root level
  • You have an established track record of executing new processes, achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
  • You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
  • You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items
  • You have experience working with Salesforce and other CRMs
  • You have experience working with sales leaders and product teams (knowledge of advertising products is a bonus!)
  • You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions and manipulate large datasets); SQL knowledge is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build – Develop and drive adoption of new sales products at DoorDash
  • Strategize – Work with product to build roadmaps and tie to business goals
  • Implement – Execute new productivity levers to help our partners grow and scale
  • Analyze - Build models to evaluate success and find opportunities for improvement
  • Influence – Work with our Merchant Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to scale business impact
