About The Position

About the Team Our Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for the operations and performance of one or more of our ads products. About the Role We are seeking an Associate Manager, Rx Ads + Promos to lead key business objectives within the restaurant demand stream. This individual will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy for new products and features and driving impact for our advertisers. The position will involve close collaboration with cross-functional partners across the company and managing a portfolio of ads and promotional products.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience in consumer tech, last-mile delivery, consulting, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, or ad operations.
  • Proven track record of leading projects, working cross-functionally, and driving growth.
  • Experience in an environment that is product or consumer tech-focused.
  • Experience with operational testing and experimentation
  • Excellent analytical abilities (proficient with Excel, Google Sheet, SQL required).

Nice To Haves

  • Advertising experience and/or restaurant industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own measurable business outcomes (OKRs) by leading initiatives that drive spend and deliver incremental value for restaurant advertiser audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for ads and promos products, with a focus on Rx SMB merchants.
  • Take ownership of tracking progress against key business objectives—including revenue, product adoption, and retention—to ensure the business meets its quarterly targets.
  • Effectively influence Product roadmap by advocating for merchants and account team needs.
  • Bring product offerings to market both internally (for our account teams) and externally (for our restaurant brands)
  • Utilize data to manage and optimize product performance while informing long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify opportunities for improvement and own the end-to-end development and execution of enhanced processes.
