Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleWe are seeking a talented Financial Auditor, you should have a strong grasp of the audit lifecycle, as well as the financial framework of the audit department, which includes revenue recognition, expense management, the accrual process, analysis, and reporting. You will be expected to have an exposure to contract management and also conduct fieldwork for audits and manage multiple projects concurrently. Take the lead on projects and perform complex tasks that require a high degree of independence. You will be fully accountable for executing licensee compliance audits, understanding systems and data, essential product creation processes, and examining audit findings. Additionally, you will report on results after analysing information to address ongoing issues.   In this role you will play a key role in: Execute and establish the audit plan (including the determination of audit scope and frequency of audits for individual licensees) through partnerships with Category, Finance, Contracts, Legal and other regional audit groups Responsible for completing internal audit engagements of licensees Coordinate audits with internal stakeholders, licensees and external audit firms Communications with Category, Finance and other stakeholders, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred Business Administration, Finance degree, CA is a preference.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a large public accounting firm, internal audit or similar work experience for Associates
  • Ability to maintain relationships with internal/external customers, establish critical external alliances, resolve conflicts effectively, listen and ask questions to ensure understanding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Should be open to work in shifts/different time zones.
