Krones, Inc. is looking for multiple Senior Aseptic Validation Engineers to serve as the subject matter expert for the validation of aseptic blowmolding and filling technology; develop validation protocols in accordance with local and federal (FDA) food safety laws; support project execution with audits and collaboration to ensure equipment readiness for the validation stage; ensure proper interface between the company, subsidiaries, customers and third-party process authorities; execute validation of aseptic blowmolding and filling at customer sites; and, train validation engineers. This position is based in Franklin, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with validation for process aseptic or filling machines
• 5 years of experience in microbiology laboratory, aseptic operations and validation of process filling machines
• 5 years of experience in Beverage aseptic operations
• 5 years of experience with microbiological quality controls
• 5 years of experience collecting microbiological samples, processing and evaluation
• 5 years of experience with commissioning and validation of process filling machines
• 5 years of experience with filling process, fault analysis, data evaluation (LDS), rectification and reporting
• Open to 100% Travel, domestic and international

Responsibilities
