Requirements

• 7+ years of art direction experience within agency or in-house marketing teams.
• A portfolio site showcasing conceptual strength, unique design examples and integrated campaign work.
• Ability to think strategically, design with craft and shape ideas with clear, proven quality.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. A familiarity with motion, AI tools and emerging tech.
• Passion for team and agency culture, craftsmanship and emerging media trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop big concepts with your Copywriter/ACD partner, crafting campaign platforms that translate across any and all channels.
• Develop compelling campaigns within a wide range of deliverables, from core branding elements to campaign looks to digital experiences.
• Present ideas and work to clients and internal teams with confidence, poise, strategic thinking and passion.
• Collaborate with internal strategic teams to translate insights into original concepts.
• Contribute to pitch work, new business concepts and ongoing agency initiatives.
