As an Area Manager for the Industrial Solutions team at Solenis , you’ll lead a collaborative and customer-focused team of sales and service professionals dedicated to creating sustainable, innovative water treatment and process solutions. In this role, you’ll inspire your team to grow, build strong and lasting customer relationships, and ensure that every partnership thrives. You’ll combine your technical expertise with a people-first approach to help drive meaningful impact for our customers, our team, and the environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in industrial chemical sales or water treatment.
Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Central Area.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in industries such as pulp & paper, food & beverage, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with water treatment technologies and chemical applications.
Understanding of regional market dynamics and customer business models.

Drive efficiency and cost control initiatives.
Regional Strategy & Growth: Identify market trends and opportunities in the Central Area.
Lead regional initiatives to expand Solenis’ footprint.
Support product launches and innovation adoption.
