The Senior Area Innovation Manager or AIM is a field-based Medtronic Endoscopy (GI) sales position. The individual will call on MSO/IDN headquarters, Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC), physician offices, and will support their assigned geographic area. The AIM aligns with internal and external stakeholders to execute and accelerate meaningful outcomes for strategic organizational initiatives and will serve as a customer facing product expert. This position will primarily focus on protecting and expanding the utilization of Medtronic artificial intelligence through the GI Genius platform by executing market development and sales-oriented activities. Individuals will be expected to transfer knowledge and best practices to accelerate this technology's adoption to the greater sales force. Additionally, the individual will be expected to develop solutions to a broad range of issues at the account level requiring a high degree of cross-functional interactions and leadership capability, with only high-level guidance. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. This role covers multiple states and is ideally based in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Boise, ID or Sacramento, CA. This role involves significant travel (75%) including overnights.
