About The Position

At Glo Skin Beauty, we believe skincare is selfcare—and we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Territory Manager who shares that belief. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue and deepening relationships with licensed skincare professionals, spas, beauty schools, and more across North California, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Idaho. You’ll combine consultative sales with education to help partners integrate our clean, clinical skincare and makeup into their services and retail offerings—driving business growth and long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B field sales; beauty/skincare/wellness industry strongly preferred
  • Passion for skincare, wellness, and empowering professionals through education
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Reliable transportation + clean driving record
  • Must reside in Sacramento or Seattle area.

Responsibilities

  • Meet & exceed sales KPIs: Key accounts, product assortment, new business, and replenishment
  • Sell in & through: Support product sell-in, service menu integration, and retail success
  • Educate accounts: Deliver in-person and virtual trainings on protocols and product knowledge
  • Travel frequently (60%+): Conduct meetings, demos, and events throughout the territory
  • Build lasting relationships: Be a trusted resource for skincare professionals
  • Manage your territory like a business: Pipeline development, forecasting, reporting, CRM management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Education, Inside Sales, and Customer Support teams
