The Role The ideal candidate will act as a team member on various building envelope projects, participating in field forensic investigations, writing reports, developing drawings and specifications, and providing technical consultation (such as envelope detailing)

Requirements

  • Professional Degree (Master's preferred) in architecture, architectural engineering, or related
  • Up to five years of experience, with existing buildings preferred
  • Field experience with diverse building types preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills

Responsibilities

  • On-site inspection/investigation including surveying and documenting observations, photographing, and sketching
  • Develop technical and investigative reports to support forensic findings and prepare materials related to presentations
  • Preparing design drawings and specifications for repairs and renovation work.
  • Participate in construction phase services, which may include performing observation at heights.
