About The Position

As a Senior Architect with 8–12 years of experience, you will lead the design of enterprise-scale solutions that drive digital transformation. You serve as a strategic advisor, shaping technology direction and ensuring architectural integrity across the organization. This role emphasizes cross-domain leadership, architectural governance, and long-term sustainability of technology investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technical leadership.
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms, security, and enterprise integration.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leads architecture governance activities, including design reviews, exception management, and architectural decision records.
  • Ensures architectural consistency, quality, security, and resiliency across multiple initiatives and domains.
  • Champions and evolves architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization.
  • Shapes and influences domain- and portfolio-level technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
  • Provides strategic guidance on modernization, platform adoption, cloud strategy, and technical debt reduction.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends adoption paths that balance innovation, risk, and business value.
  • Ensures enterprise-scale solutions are designed with cohesive integration and data architecture principles.
  • Guides teams through complex integration scenarios, data consistency challenges, and cross-domain dependencies.
  • Partners with enterprise and data architects to address scalability, interoperability, security, and long-term sustainability.
  • Serves as a trusted architectural advisor to IT and business leadership.
  • Facilitates alignment across teams, resolving architectural conflicts and tradeoffs.
  • Mentors and coaches architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of strong design, documentation, and collaboration.
