CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Senior Applications Systems Analyst to join our talented Business Technology Solutions team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. This role acts as a significant member of the Practice Application Support team to provide consistent and high-quality IT customer service. They assist with resolving level II and II incident tickets from the Service Desk. They assist in business technology projects by planning, testing, and collaborating with other technology services teams.
