About The Position

What is the opportunity? In this position, you would partner with IT, operations teams, and business stakeholders to assess, analyze, and recommend business and technical solutions. You also would lead the teams through design and development and ensure the solution is properly implemented from end-to-end. If you like taking back end systems from where they are to a newer, better target state, this is the position for you. What will you do? Work collaboratively with solution architects, business analysts, project managers, and technical leads to design solutions for different back office processes Develop and present solution alternatives along with recommendations to business stakeholders, executives, and senior management Recommend best mix of standard functionality, configuration and custom development, interfacing applications and third party vendor solutions to meet business requirements and project objectives Help project delivery team with what cross commits need to do from ideation to launch Work with one or more of our back office vendor systems to determine technical requirements and documentation Identify functional issues and risks and develop/recommend mitigation strategies Configure systems solution and develop functional specifications when needed based on business requirements Document new builds and transitions to production support team What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3+ years of experience in IS/IT or Financial Security Reference Data systems Be able to research and document current technical state of systems end-to-end through talking with users, other tech teams, and documentation Strong systems and process analysis and documentation skills Strong visual and verbal communication skills College degree or sufficient related work experience Nice-to-have Bachelor’s degree in business administration or quantitative / analytical field Experience with project development process of baselining and managing changes Experience with financial/wealth management industry and/or financial security reference data What’s in it for you? This salary range does not include other elements that comprise our total compensation package, which includes the following: commission sharing eligibility for select roles, a discretionary bonus, a paid time-off plan, our 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, and our health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IS/IT or Financial Security Reference Data systems
  • Be able to research and document current technical state of systems end-to-end through talking with users, other tech teams, and documentation

  • College degree or sufficient related work experience
