About The Position
Apex Global Solutions (AGS) provides accounting and administrative services to Skilled Nursing Facility operators, including medical billing, collections, purchasing, accounting, payroll, tax, and related services. AGS develops technology solutions to drive efficiency and operational excellence across these functions. Through its TechFlow division, AGS also delivers Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to the Skilled Nursing industry. AGS is building a modern, high-quality, cloud-native SaaS platform in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management space. The product is already in active use by multiple organizations and continues to expand in scope and functionality. The engineering team combines decades of domain expertise in SNF and RCM operations with modern software development practices. The platform integrates with both internal SaaS products and third-party industry applications and is built using current cloud and development technologies. We are seeking a hands-on full-stack developer who will contribute meaningfully to the platform’s long-term stability, technical excellence, and continued evolution.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core
- Experience building modern web applications (Angular preferred)
- Solid SQL Server and relational data modeling skills
- Experience working in Azure cloud environments
- Understanding of testing strategies, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to contribute within a collaborative, growth-oriented team
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable features across front-end and back-end systems
- Develop APIs and integrations with internal and external SaaS platforms
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Write secure, testable, production-ready code
- Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, and data teams in an Agile environment
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly to enhance productivity and quality
