Requirements

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: HTML; JavaScript; TypeScript; Java; Angular; Web-Services, including REST or SOAP; Agile scrum methodology; SQL; Object-oriented Design and Development; Unit Testing; UI Design and Development; React; Python; and Generative AI development using LLMs.

• Responsible for working with other product development teams and operations team to provide the Next-Gen class of support to ADP’s Next Gen Payroll system. Partner with product owners, architects and development to ensure that the supportability is represented in the platform’s roadmap. Triage production issues and resolve critical ones timely. Lead the development of bug fixes and application support tools. Work with the client implementation and service teams to improve the client experience. Trouble-shoot and resolve application front-end issues. Perform analysis in business requirements or user stories and designs solutions in accordance with system and application architecture along with tech leads and architects. Serve as a key contributor for design and development of gen ai support agent for internal support workflows. Participate in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.
