About The Position

At Wellfit, we’re reimagining how treatment planning and benefit eligibility power the future of patient care. Our Plans portfolio enables providers to configure, manage, and deliver personalized treatment plans that align with payor rules, patient needs, and financial transparency. As our platform scales, we’re expanding our engineering organization to improve system flexibility, delivery precision, and the clarity with which providers and patients understand care and cost. Position Overview As a Senior Angular / Full-Stack Engineer on the Plans team, you’ll play a central role in building and evolving the provider-facing applications that power treatment planning, plan configuration, and eligibility workflows. This role is Angular-first and UI-driven, focused on designing and delivering complex, intuitive workflows backed by robust APIs. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and backend engineers to translate intricate business rules—pricing, eligibility, and plan logic—into scalable, maintainable user experiences. While the role includes full-stack ownership, the majority of your impact will come through front-end architecture, component design, and workflow clarity.

  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with front-end testing practices and tools.
  • Ability to translate complex business rules into intuitive user experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL in a full-stack environment.
  • Exposure to healthcare, fintech, eligibility, or benefits-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with API-first or Domain-Driven Design approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Angular applications supporting treatment planning, plan configuration, and eligibility workflows.
  • Develop complex, dynamic UI workflows including multi-step forms, conditional logic, validation, and draft-to-publish experiences.
  • Create modular, reusable component systems that enable configurable plan templates and provider customization.
  • Manage state, asynchronous data flows, and side effects using Angular and RxJS best practices.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and usability of provider-facing tools used in real-world healthcare settings.
  • Implement and maintain front-end testing (unit and end-to-end) to ensure quality and confidence in releases.
  • Integrate Angular applications with .NET-based APIs that power pricing, eligibility, and plan rules.
  • Collaborate with backend and architecture teams on API design, contracts, and data models.
  • Contribute to backend development in C# / ASP.NET as needed to support feature delivery.
  • Work with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and reliable deployments.
  • Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
