About The Position
Shift Interactive seeks a senior Android mobile app engineer who thrives in a full-stack environment. This is a full-time, 12-month engagement with the potential to extend to 24 months. Your primary focus will be native Android development, with opportunities to contribute across our broader technology ecosystem. You'll own Android development efforts while contributing to backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure work as the team requires. We value engineers who combine deep Android expertise with full-stack capability and intellectual curiosity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in native Android development using Kotlin
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and database layers when needed
- Willingness to learn new technologies, practices, and programming languages as projects demand
- You must be located in United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- This position requires US citizenship due to due to contract requirements
