Senior Analytics Business Partner
About The Position
Are you passionate about answering business questions in data, translating data results to business strategies, and driving serious change? If so, this role is for you. As an Analytics Business Partner on our Team, you will partner with business leaders, understand their challenges, find answers in the data, and collaborate on driving our business to the next level. Your future team: You'll work together with business leaders, data scientists, data engineers, workforce planning managers, and operational leaders to deliver impactful outcomes to our organization. You'll join a growing analytics and project delivery team located in multiple regions across the globe. We challenge each other to improve our work and ask hard questions. We're direct and demand excellence, but there's laughter in every meeting because we thoroughly enjoy the work we do and the impact it has. We're constantly learning new things.
Requirements
- Have a B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Operations Research, Finance) or equivalent experience
- Have had 5+ years experience in an analysis role or a business role working with analysts
- Create and implement Workforce Planning initiatives
- Think critically
- Understand how to find trends from data and lead business recommendations
- Utilize analytical tools like SQL, Excel (including writing advanced macros)
Nice To Haves
- A Masters degree
- Experience in forecasting
- Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Python, R
- Experience working with operational groups to gather requirements
- Experience influencing and facilitating organizational changes, priority changes, or other complex change management
- Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership
- Experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiarity with service organizations and the metrics used to guide them
