As an HR Analytics Business Partner, you won’t just be "reporting numbers"—you will be the bridge between complex data science and human-centric strategy. Sitting at the intersection of our Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics teams, you will act as a consultant to senior leaders, using data to tell the story of our people and shape the future of our organization. The Impact You’ll Make: Data Storytelling & Strategic Insight You don’t just build dashboards; you provide the "Why" behind the "What." You’ll define the metrics that matter, identifying trends in turnover, performance, and demographics to help our leaders make proactive, informed decisions. You’ll transform raw numbers into compelling narratives that drive action. Strategic Partnership & Consulting Act as a high-level internal consultant. You’ll partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) and HR Business Partners to set benchmarks and align people data with our overarching business goals. You will work alongside our Advanced Analytics team to deploy predictive models—spotting risks before they happen and identifying opportunities to enhance the employee journey. Analytics Enablement & Innovation You will be the champion of data-driven culture. By streamlining data collection and promoting the use of centralized tools (like Power BI and MS Fabric), you’ll help the entire HR organization become more digitally fluent and efficient. Lead efforts in data cleanup to maintain accuracy, relevance, and integrity across all datasets. Solution Engineering Embrace the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology. In this role, you’ll design and deliver self-service analytics solutions using Power BI visualization and other leading tools, while driving data automation and streamlining processes for greater efficiency. You’ll work closely with Data Engineers to build scalable solutions and ensure our data infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and fully capable of supporting complex research initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources field with a specific focus on People Data & People Data Engineering, Human Resources Reporting, or Workforce Analytics
  • Must be located in the Eastern Standard or Central Standard US time zone
  • Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI), data environments (MS Fabric, Datawarehouse), and languages like SQL, R, or Python.
  • A strong grasp of HR fundamentals and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • An expert at managing stakeholders, prioritizing high-impact projects, and simplifying the complex.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years' experience as an internal or external consultant or analyst focused on generating and communicating data-informed recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative; able to develop successful partnerships with customers and peers.
  • Knowledge of Workday or other workforce planning technologies.
  • Experience communicating complex ideas consistently and clearly.
  • History of making an impact, developing, and executing on strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long term
  • Project management experience, engaging directly with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient skills in analytics Tools and relevant software/programming languages. EX: Power BI/visualization, MS Fabric, Datawarehouse, SQL, R, Python
  • Experience with People Analysis topics. EX: Attrition, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Org Effectiveness….etc.
  • Experience working with data from HR technology platform – Workday, LMS, ServiceNow, Pulse

  • The annual salary for this position is between $146,750 – $205,250.
  • Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
