As an Analytical Lead focused on Google’s clients in the Education and Careers
industries, you will use data-driven decision making to transform the businesses
of some of the largest companies in the world. You are a creative problem solver
and rely on your in-depth expertise of strategy and analytics, personal comfort
with marketing, and strong entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership solving
challenges facing large businesses today.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry
thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously
challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound
industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling
Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube,
Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique
opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with
executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible
results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth
of Google.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or an advanced professional degree.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to navigate complex customer organizations and influence across levels from day-to-day to c-suite.
• Experience in consulting, analytics, or financial modeling, and with marketing analytics, statistical analysis, third-party analytics platforms, web analytics (Adobe/GA4).
• Experience operating separately, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering organized results.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation like dashboards, custom reports, and materializing tables.
• Excellent communication skills, distilling complex analysis into digestible narratives that create urgency for decision makers to act.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
• Develop and own problem-solving model for key client/partner projects, apply or customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
• Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
