Our Analysts participate in a variety of client engagements, building the skills and experience needed to take on roles of increasing responsibility at the firm. Responsibilities may include: Support client engagements/projects and manage project lanes to completion Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data (through research, interviews, observation, etc.) to capture the current state of the client mission and best practice alternatives for a future state Support team to identify and document key insights from client interactions and data collection and propose recommendations for organizational improvement based on research and analysis Support colleagues during interviews and other stakeholder engagement activities Develop presentations and client deliverables (may include writing, editing, formatting, and enhancing with graphical or technical software) Co-facilitate portions of meetings and strategy sessions with clients Coordinate logistics and knowledge capture activity for external/internal meetings Contribute to proposal development and other business development activities Support internal Rockwood activities
