Role summary: As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with compliance, legal, and business partners to define, develop, and enforce policies and programs that uphold our marketplace standards. Your work will directly impact the integrity of our eCommerce platform by building controls, monitoring programs, and supporting the execution of our prohibited products policy. About the team: The Item Policy team within Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance ensures that products on Walmart.com meet legal requirements and company policies. What you'll do: Develop and implement controls for our eCommerce platform by partnering with subject matter experts, legal, and business teams to address compliance needs. Monitor items sold on Walmart.com, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address non-compliant products. Draft clear policies and guidance for operations teams regarding prohibited and allowed items on the marketplace. Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Merchandising, Operations, and Corporate Affairs to drive program improvements. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
