Support Pratt & Whitney’s Government Security Compliance department as a Senior Security Analyst (P2) responsible for the implementation and oversight of the industrial security program. The person in this role will work under the guidance and direction of Security Operations Team Manager to ensure company, DCSA, and customer security requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in security; OR an Associate’s degree and 4+ years of relevant industry experience. We will also consider high school diploma, technical or military training, or recognized industry certifications in combination with 9+ years or relevant industry experience.
  • Active U.S. government issued Secret level security clearance required plus ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret level security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance with SAP/SCI access.

  • Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems

Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance and direction of Security Operations Team Manager.
  • Interface with all levels of leadership and government management personnel.
  • Analyze security issues/problems and provide focused solutions.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Transportation Plans, etc.
  • Assist in the completion of annual and event-based security compliance inspections and audits.
  • Process helpdesk tickets and conduct file transfers as a data transfer agent.
  • Respond to deficiencies/findings discovered during audits and follow up with appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide security briefings and debriefings in accordance with the government security requirements.
  • Assist with investigations of security infractions/violations and preparing reports.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
