NOTE - Three Different Shifts - 6 AM - 2 PM, 2 - 10 PM, & 10 PM - 6 AM where you'll be on a rotational work week of four days on then two days off. The Senior Analyst, Security will be part of the Security Team. The candidate will implement standard security policies and procedures. Will also proactively manage and prevent threats to the Santander environment. Program video surveillance, card access and burglar alarm system in accordance with programming standards. Monitor these systems to ensure these standards are maintained. Provide programming support to systems technicians, operations staff, and Team Members. This assistance will be provided over the telephone as well as via email and MS Teams, all of which must be monitored throughout the day. Troubleshoot equipment problems with video surveillance, card access and burglar alarm system and coordinate service with the appropriate vendor. Coordinate vendor meets amongst facility technicians, ATM manufacturers and security system technicians daily. Review service requests for accuracy. Update requests that are inaccurate or missing information and dispatch to the appropriate vendor. Notify USSOC manager/supervisor of potential coaching opportunities with staff. Work with USSOC leadership to improve troubleshooting skills and system awareness amongst operations team. Monitor service provider performance to ensure compliance with SLAs including established response times and first-time fix rates. Escalate non-compliance to management as needed. Work with operations staff to identify and correct nuisance alarm issues. Assist installation coordinator with new system installations as needed. Monitor and action video health alerts daily. Additional duties may be assigned or modified according to business requirements. Provide support for Security Project Manager’s and Physical Security Managers as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field. - Required.
  • 3+ Years Experience working in a professional management information system setting with relevant information security skills - Required.
  • 3+ Years Experience working with information security best practices, networking, software/applications and hardware - Required.
  • Strong PC skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of designing, articulating and testing technical and organizational measures .
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in security, network, and server monitoring technologies.
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
  • Focused on developing concrete solutions to fix root-cause problems.

Nice To Haves

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products.
