Requirements
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of desktop or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common software platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Familiarity with Epic EHR and HIPAA requirements
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripheral devices
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently and professionally
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Support user access, password resets, software installs, and routine IT needs
- Perform system updates, patches, and equipment upgrades
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with lifecycle management
- Collaborate with network and systems teams on escalated issues and IT projects
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data security standards, and IT policies
