About The Position

The Senior Analyst, SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) will support the Enterprise Operations Global Trade Center of Excellence (GT COE), and the role will be categorized as hybrid. As part of the Enterprise Operations Global Trade team, the GTS Senior Analyst will disposition global trade system blocks to ensure regulatory compliance to ensure the seamless flow of goods, services, and data across Collins’ global operations. This critical role requires expertise in resolving system blocks based on application of Jurisdiction and Classification, Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Sanctioned Party Lists (SPL), Licensing, and Embargo Screening.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in global trade compliance, supply chain management, or systems troubleshooting.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Global Trade, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems, Global Trade Services(GTS), or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Understanding of export controls, U.S. and international trade regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., ITAR, EAR).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • With the utilization of Colins Aerospace procedures, disposition SAP GTS system blocks to ensure uninterrupted flow of goods, services, and data.
  • Participate in training and team meetings as directed by the GT COE PR Team Lead.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements in collaboration with DT and other stakeholders.
  • Track and report time spent on all activities as directed by the GT COE PR Team Lead.
  • must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
