The Senior Analyst of Sales Analytics, Non-Commercial National Accounts will drive value within Nestle Professional Solutions by gathering and analyzing data to measure the success of the sales efforts of the division. The Senior Analyst is required to possess an in-depth knowledge of the business and serve as the data authority for the sales team. They are expected to provide insights into both historical and current trends, demonstrate critical thinking, and proactively identify areas for analysis beyond conventional sales performance metrics. The ideal candidate must utilize their experience to analyze team dynamics, including key accounts, strategies, market influences, and brand impact, to deliver insightful analyses and strategic recommendations, identifying both opportunities and risks within their team(s). The Senior Analyst should adopt a systematic approach to define objectives, collect data, perform analysis, generate insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role will advocate for Sales by identifying needs and engaging in cross-functional collaboration to create essential support tools. This role will be based in our Solon, Ohio office and report to the Manager of Sales Analytics.
