About The Position

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM AI & Sales Analytics to join our high-performing GTM Strategy & Ops team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of GTM, Data, and Engineering, driving the technical innovation and analytical rigor needed to scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations. You will be responsible for turning raw company data into intelligent, automated workflows and actionable insights that help our sales and marketing teams move faster and win more deals. This is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto office. You will work within the GTM AI team to bridge the gap between Rubrik’s vast data ecosystem and actionable AI-driven insights, while simultaneously owning the complex analytical models that define our GTM strategy. Your work will directly impact Rubrik’s growth trajectory by ensuring our sales force is the most efficient and data-informed in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Math, Statistics or related specialty.
  • 2-4 years experience in GenAI, Data Science or Sales Operations.
  • Experience evaluating LLMs, AI solutions, and agentic AI systems.
  • Understanding of ML training lifecycles and integration into enterprise workflows.
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel, Snowflake, Data Lakes, SFDC, including creating complex data models from a variety of sources.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth environments or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Sales/GTM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and build high-impact AI-driven sales use cases: Work with Sales and cross-functional teams to pinpoint areas where AI can enhance productivity, efficiency, and revenue generation. Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions into sales workflows and CRM systems: Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions that improve account targeting, forecasting, pipeline management, and lead scoring. Work with data engineers and IT system architects to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to implement and optimize GTM analytics models: Partner with technical teams to build and refine models that enhance sales decision-making.
  • Establish KPIs to measure AI-driven solutions' efficacy and continuously improve them: Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions based on insights from adoption and impact analysis.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends and best practices: Keep up with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven sales strategies to bring cutting-edge solutions to Rubrik.
  • Enable the Field Sales team: Work directly with sales and internal stakeholders to educate/empower them on how to leverage Rubrik’s AI solutions. Build internal AI champions and seek their feedback to tune and optimize our models/solutions.
