About The Position

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst - Revenue Planning & Analysis to join our Revenue Effectiveness team. In this role, you'll be the analytical backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) organization, responsible for turning complex datasets into the actionable insights that power our GTM strategy. You will be at the forefront of the company's data-driven sales efforts, using data and A.I. to inform and improve revenue strategies in partnership with sales, customer success, finance, and marketing. This role is crucial for shaping our GTM strategy by analyzing sales performance, modeling future growth, identifying trends, and uncovering opportunities for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: You have 5–7+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Business Analytics. Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in SQL with a demonstrated ability to write queries. You have extensive experience with a BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for building sophisticated, scalable models.
  • Data & Analytics Expertise: You have a proven track record of using data to drive significant insights into sales performance. You have a strong understanding of GTM planning concepts like capacity modeling and quota setting, and a commitment to meticulous data accuracy.
  • A.I. Forward: You have a demonstrated ability using A.I. platforms to enhance, accelerate and scale processes in service of GTM planning and optimization.
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses and articulate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attributes: You are highly analytical, intellectually curious, and proactive, with strong attention to detail. You are able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Storytelling through Performance Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions related to sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales cycle trends. Translate insights from various data sources into a clear narrative that informs GTM leadership.
  • Revenue Planning & Optimization: Support the annual GTM planning process by building and maintaining complex models for capacity planning, quota setting, and territory alignment. Analyze historical performance to inform future targets and optimize our resource allocation for maximum growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams to ensure our planning and analysis are aligned with broader company objectives. Partner with our Salesforce and Business Intelligence teams to ensure the underlying data driving our analytics is clean, reliable, and well-governed.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop, maintain, and enhance the "source of truth" dashboards in our BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and Salesforce Data Cloud. You will track key performance indicators including bookings, pipeline generation, win rates, and sales productivity, streamlining reporting to surface real-time insights.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactively identify opportunities to improve and automate existing analytical processes to increase efficiency and scalability. You will also leverage A.I. where it can be a force multiplier for data analysis and insight generation.
