The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics is responsible for transforming complex supply chain data into actionable insights, driving process improvements, and contributing to the strategic optimization of our supply chain operations through end-to-end data analysis including data extraction and modeling, creating dynamic reports and dashboards, and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and decision making. This position reports to the Sr. Director of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, is part of the Global Supply Chain and will be onsite in Chaska, Minnesota. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Design, develop and maintain advanced Power BI reports, dashboards and interactive visualizations that provide clear real-time insights into supply chain performance Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate routine tasks, improve processes, and provide intelligent recommendations Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Logistics, Planning, Sales, and IT to understand business needs and translate them into data and analytical requirements.
