GENERAL PURPOSE: Prepare in-house real estate market research studies and reports using geographic information systems (GIS) and other primary research methods. Provide support and data to the department on various projects associated with efforts to expand our store network and to analyze our existing and proposed stores. Prepare demographic, competitor, and other related analyses. Define trade areas and analyze the influences that affect the performance of our locations. Examine customer behavior. Analyze competitors' growth strategies. Define and understand individual stores (or groups of stores) that do not perform to expectations. Create market maps and reports. Produce monthly and quarterly reports and prepare various written recommendations based upon findings. The base salary range for this role is $77,900 - $117,050. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
