Position Summary Conducts in-depth analysis of program data, metrics, and performance indicators by identifying trends, patterns, and insights to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Assists in the planning and development of programs and initiatives through contributing to the design and implementation of program structures, processes, and timelines. Tracks project progress, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, gathers feedback, and fosters collaboration. Identifies and assesses risks associated with program implementation by monitoring and evaluating risk factors throughout the program lifecycle and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed. Manages program-related data and documentation by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Recommends and implements changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Develops and implements monitoring and evaluation plans to assess program outcomes and impact. Provides guidance and support to junior analysts and team members by fostering a learning culture and contributing to professional development within the program management team.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Verint
• Previous Project Management experience
• Knowledge of Speech Analytics Call Quality/Analytics

Responsibilities
