As the Slack Business Architect, you will be a central figure in Salesforce's Customer Zero narrative — the living proof point of what's possible when Slack, Agentforce, and Sales Cloud come together. You will lead strategic Slack initiatives across Prospect to Cash domains, driving both near-term wins and long-term innovation that reshapes how our sellers and those supporting sellers work. Collaborating with stakeholders across product, IT, business domains, and change management, you will translate complex sales processes into Slack-first, agentic solutions. Your responsibilities span product assessment, fit-gap analysis, solution design, ideation, and driving release and adoption.
