The following position is to join the Enterprise Services Procurement team: The Enterprise Services Procurement team is hiring a Procurement Senior Analyst to support non-production goods and services procurement for RTX business units. This role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process across various commodities, including sourcing, supplier management, price analysis, compliance, and terms and conditions review. The Non-Product procurement team operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, relying heavily on metrics to drive value. The ideal candidate will have experience with non-product procurement, influencing suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery, and facilitating cross-functional discussions. Strong supplier performance management and service excellence are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • A college degree and a minimum of two years of prior relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in purchase order management including documentation
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the use of SAP procurement software, including Ariba, PRISM, and APEX
  • 2+ years of experience in supplier relationship management, including coordinating with commodity leads/managers and external suppliers to address requirements and resolve issues.

  • Review of Statements of Work
  • Creating Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or Proprietary Information Agreements and documentation write-up
  • Obtaining proposal/quotation activities
  • Selecting qualified suppliers and perform due diligence
  • Supplier negotiations (price, schedules, and terms & conditions)
  • Best value analysis
  • Post-award management and delivery assurance
  • Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with business and programs
  • Managing supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones
  • Strategic planning while supporting daily tactical and detailed activities
