American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses of all sizes, with Small Business representing our largest customer segment and a continued area of strategic investment. Within GCS, the Small Business Marketing Team drives acquisition and customer engagement across Charge Cards, Proprietary Lending, Co-Brand Cards, and Small Business Banking products. The Senior Analyst of Personalized Offers (Fingerprint) Marketing will be a core member of the Customer Engagement Marketing Team that strives to create lasting relationships with small businesses through marketing which makes every interaction with owners and employees more valuable. The hired candidate will help create and execute cross-channel digital marketing strategies that encourage Card Members to enroll in and use hyper-personalized, dynamic offers through contextual, personalized messaging. This will include working closely with Analytics, Marketing, Product, Compliance, Operations and external agencies to launch campaigns. This is an exciting position focused on driving customer spend and loyalty with best-in-class marketing while helping uncover new opportunities for growth and innovation. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of personalized marketing offer strategies that educate, inspire, and motivate Card Members to enroll and spend.
  • Own end-to-end marketing execution processes, managing partner coordination, content mapping, project planning, and timely delivery across compliance, brand, data, and email teams.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate campaign and program performance, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders and continuously enhancing measurement approaches to better capture marketing impact.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to design and implement campaign optimizations, new initiatives, and strategic enhancements that drive stronger engagement and desired customer behaviors.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, applying a test-and-learn mindset to refine creative, targeting, and channel strategies that elevate program performance over time.
