Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in project management
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies and tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- A growth mindset and adaptability to change and digital transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities
- Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholder teams
- Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality
- Implement scorecards and tracking mechanisms to measure performance
- Identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions for operational challenges
- Support business solutions through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
