About the team: The Strategy and Operations team sits in Last Mile Delivery and supports the Incident Management program, a high-volume, high-impact operational pillar. Strat-Ops is responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution across Incident Management strategic initiatives, product development, and process optimization. Our mission is to enable seamless collaboration and deliver impactful outcomes that support Incident Management. What we do: Drive Strategic Alignment: Deliver actionable insights, define and track KPIs, and create frameworks that guide business decisions and performance. Enable Product Excellence: Lead Incident Management initiatives to ensure seamless product delivery and issue resolution – this includes driving 4iTB conversations, conducting requirements gathering, and managing BRDs/projects. Optimize Operational Processes: Build and maintain communications, SOPs, and KBs to support efficient workflows.
