About The Position

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Analyst to join our Global Marine Operations Strategy team. This role supports cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance, drive strategic planning, and enable long-term growth across the Marine organization. As a key contributor to the Marine Strategy team, this individual will analyze complex data, support high-impact projects, and effectively collaborate across departments—including brands, hotel operations, technical teams, newbuild, supply chain, and other corporate functions. The Senior Analyst will help shape strategic direction, streamline reporting, and support executive decision-making through dashboards, presentations, and white papers. Projects assigned are typically top priority, high profile, and multi-departmental initiatives for the organization. This individual should be comfortable independently executing high-impact research and analysis, have exemplary organizational skills to support project management across multiple simultaneous workstreams, and have experience partnering with diverse stakeholder groups to identify collaborative and pragmatic solutions to business needs.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in business, hospitality, finance, engineering or a related analytical field; Master’s Degree in a related field is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant analytical work experience required.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a proven ability to break down complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions.
  • Understanding of financial principles and experience building complex financial models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling), SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Essbase, Tableau, Visio, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute high-impact projects from start to finish.
  • Strong commercial mindset focused on efficiency and value creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with experience translating analysis / opportunity identification into implementation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Effective communicator, with experience crafting high-impact executive-level presentations and strong business writing skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement--able to build good working relationships across teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Takes initiative and is flexible to change.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in a management consulting firm or relevant strategic function at a corporation is preferred.
  • Experience in the travel and leisure industry is also a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling), SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Essbase, Tableau, Visio, PowerBI, Brio/Hyperion or similar tools is a plus.
  • Travel and/or Marine industry knowledge/experience preferrable.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution and delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with short- and long-term goals for the Global Marine Operations organization.
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and translate these into actionable priorities & project plans.
  • Support the development of and track progress / KPIs of strategic and annual operating plans for the Global Marine organization.
  • Build dashboards and automate reporting tools to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare compelling executive / board level presentations and materials.
  • Lead special projects to support delivery of Marine strategy and represent Marine in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaborative working sessions with varied stakeholders to develop cross-functional solutions that improve operational performance, alignment, and efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties to support evolving business needs.
