As a Senior Analyst Learning Management System, you will partner with our business leaders to develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Technology Team, reporting to the Manager of Learning Technology, you will deliver end-to-end administration of Hilton's Learning Management System, including building and maintaining a catalog of LMS programs and offerings, and driving ongoing optimization to enhance the digital learning experience. What you'll do during a typical day: Provide the functional and operational support for Hilton's Learning Management System – including configuration, end-user/admin troubleshooting, and ongoing program builds and content maintenance. Monitor LMS performance, registrations, completions, and participation to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity. Be the Tier 2/3 escalation point for LMS issues, partnering with IT and external vendors to resolve incidents How you'll collaborate with others: Partner with Learning & Development, IT, and regional partners to translate business and learning needs into LMS solutions. Work with vendors to support integrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Document processes for LMS end-users and system administrators. Projects you'll take ownership of: Configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of learning content including online courses, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning programs. Deployment support for enterprise learning initiatives and system integrations. LMS reporting to support business insights, compliance, and audit requirements.
